Shipping & Refunds


Carefully review your shipping and billing information for accuracy before submitting your order. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.

IMPORTANT NOTICE CONCERNING REFUNDS:  As soon as you return your item to us and it's received into our system, we will expeditiously send a refund request to your bank. Please, note that while the funds are instantly deducted from our account, some banks may take 5-7 business days to process and post these refunds to your account.

We do not refund shipping or freight charges on any orders or returns.

GENERAL RETURN POLICY:

Most products sold by MultiChoiceMarketplace qualify for free exchange or replacement within 30 days from the date your order ships. Please visit our Online Returns Center to process your return. The product must be in its original condition, unused and in its original packaging. If we do not receive your return in its original condition, a service charge of $20.49 (or its equivalent) will be deducted from your refund. Returns other than for exchange or replacement will be assessed a fee of $20.49 (or its equivalent) which will be deducted from your refund. We do not refund any freight or shipping charges. This policy applies for domestic orders only.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products after 30 days from the date your order ships.

Clearance and digital downloadable product/items are not eligible for return.

RETURN POLICY FOR DIGITAL PRODUCTS:

This is due to the difference in nature of a digital product versus a non-digital product.

For example, downloading a song on iTunes and then trying to return it isn’t very realistic, while ordering a pair of shoes online and them not fitting correctly when you receive them is very realistic and likely.

CUSTOM and PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS:

Custom and Personalized Products do not qualify for free returns or exchanges. 

RETURN PACKAGING

We need the original packaging to be intact. Returned items in marked or damaged boxes may be refused by the post office or our warehouse. To avoid this, place your return item in a box or wrap it to ensure its safety during the shipping process. We apologize for any inconvenience.

EXCEPTIONS

UNDELIVERABLE AND REFUSED PACKAGES

If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, you will be charged a penalty that may include, but not limited to extra shipping charges. Please proofread your order information before finalizing.

 

What is your return/cancellation policy?

MultiChoicemarkeplace hopes that you never have to cancel or return a product.  At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so under the following circumstances only.

If you have received an item in a damaged/defective condition or have been sent a wrong product, you can follow a few simple steps to initiate your return/refund within 5 days of receiving the order:

Step 1: Contact our Customer Support team via web form at or click here to contact us at through our Support and Help Center) within 5 business days of receiving the order.

Step 2: Provide us with your order ID details and your request to return/replace/refund the defective/wrong items in your order. Kindly share an image of the product and the invoice for our reference.

Step 3: We will pick up the products within 2-4 business days.  We will initiate the refund or replacement process only if the products are received by us in their original packaging with their seals, labels and barcodes intact.

All refunds are subject to a $20.49 (or its equivalent) administrative fee. If cancelled up to 5 days upon shipment and receipt, 100% of the product fee (less the administrative fee) will be refunded.

Note: If it is a case of replacement, it is subject to the availability of stock.  In case that a replacement may not be available, we will refund you the full amount.
